2. Scope

These Terms govern all purchases on illunite.com, including preorders/early access contributions for the ZenOne smart light.

3. Products & Pricing

Prices are shown in EUR and include VAT as indicated.

We may correct typographical errors or update pricing at any time before your order is accepted.

4. Orders & Contract Formation

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept by sending an order confirmation email or by delivering the product. For preorders, acceptance occurs when we confirm the preorder and charge your payment method subject to Section 6.

5. Payment

We use third-party processors (Stripe and/or PayPal). By paying, you agree to their terms. You authorize us to charge your card/account for the order total, including taxes, shipping, and any adjustments you approve.

6. Preorders / Early Access

A preorder reserves a product that is not yet available. Estimated shipping dates are indicative and may change.

If we cancel production, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method.

You may cancel a preorder for a refund until we begin preparing your order for shipment, unless otherwise required by law.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to: EU countries, UK, USA.

Risk of loss passes on delivery. Provide a correct address. Undeliverable packages may incur reship fees.

8. Returns & Right of Withdrawal (EU consumers)

You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw without giving any reason (exceptions apply for used/altered items).

Return items in original condition within 14 days after notifying us.

Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the return or proof of return, using the original payment method.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or misdescribed.

9. Warranties

Statutory consumer rights apply. If the product is faulty, contact info@illunite.com for repair, replacement, or refund according to applicable law.

10. Promotions & Discount Codes

One code per order unless stated. Launch offers (e.g., 10% off) may be limited-time and subject to eligibility.

11. Prohibited Use

No resale without permission. No misuse of the site or IP.

12. Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product, except where prohibited by law (e.g., death, personal injury, fraud).

13. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and designs on the site are owned by us or our licensors.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Courts of Gent have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections (you may also use the EU ODR platform).
